| 摘 要： | 采用常温血停搏液灌注心肌保护技术施行７４例心内直视手术。即在常温血高钾停搏液灌注使心脏停跳后，用温血停搏液连接灌注心肌，使心肌得到最佳保护。与１０３例冷停搏液灌注的病例资料比较，采用常温血停搏液灌注技术的病倒，心脏自动复跳率为１００％，术后心功能稳定，并发症少，存活率高。说明常温血停搏液灌注技术在防止心肌缺血后再灌注损伤方面有成效，是一种较安全有效的心肌保护方法。

| Abstract: | Normothermic blood and cardioplegia have been used for myocardium preservation in 74 cases undergoing open heart operations. Compared with cool cardioplegia (4 c) in 103 cases, normothermic blood and cardioplegia perfusion technique is provided with higher cardiac spontaneous defibrillation rate and more stable recovery period postoperatively and higher survival rate. |
