| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫分析法测定８３例胃病患者胃液ＩｇＧ含量，结果发现胃癌患者胃液ＩｇＧ含量明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎及轻度萎缩性胃炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而胃癌患者胃液ＩｇＧ含量与慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠腺化生及不典型增生患者之间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示测定胃液ＩｇＧ可作为胃癌的一种辅助诊断指标，亦可用于筛选癌前病变和普查胃癌高发区人群。

| Abstract: | Levels of IgG in gastric juice of 83 patients with benign and malignant gastric diseases were assayed. The IgG level in gastric cancer patients was obviously higher than that in chronic superficial gastritis and mild chronic atrophic gastritis(P<0.01). But no significant difference was found between the IgG levels of gastric cancer and chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia(P>0.05). We believe that IgG assay in gastric juice is a assistant diagnostic method of gastric cancer; It is also used to investigate precancerous lesions of stomach and high-risk populations. |
