经颅多普勒对抑郁症病人脑血流的测定研究

为了解抑郁症病人脑动脉血流情况，用经颅多普勒（TCD）对31例抑郁症病人的脑及颈动脉血流速度进行了测定，发现与对照组相比，抑郁症病人有多支脑动脉血流速度加快、颈动脉血流速度减慢，提示了抑郁症病人脑部供血可能减少，但各个部位脑血流减少的程度并不对称，Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）各因子分与多支脑及颈动脉血流速度有显著相关，为抑郁症有否血流动力学改变提供了线索。

Determination of Cerebral Blood Flow in Depressive Patients by TCD

To know the condition of cerebral blood now in depressive patients. Method cerebral and carotid artery blood velocity was determined by transcranial Doppler (TCD) in 31 depressive patients. Results It was found that in depressive patients much cerebral artery blood velocity were faster and carotid artery bioed velocity were slower when compared with the controls.Conclusion it suggests that the supply of cerebral blood flow possibly decrease and it is not the same for each part. There is significant correlation between each factor score of HAMD and much cerebral and carotid blood now velocity. The results offer a clue for studying if there is hemodynamic change in depression.
