原发性输尿管癌(22例病理分析)

本文对22例原发性输尿管癌进行病理学分析,并结合文献资料,认为肿瘤的分期、分级、合并尿路其他部位癌瘤与预后可能有关。同时,从尿路多发性上皮癌组织结构的一致性以及癌周尿路异常上皮多灶性的事实,支持尿路上皮癌发生上的多中心学说,并强调术后随访的重要性。

Primary Carcinoma of the Ureter:Pathologic Study of 22 Cases

The pathologic data of 22 cases with primary carcinoma of the ureterfrom 1963 to 1982 were reviewed.The prognosis varied with the stagingand grading of the primary tumor and the complicating carcinomas inother sites of the urinary tract.In our experiences,the samehistopathologie features of the multiple urothelial carcinoma and themultifocal appearance of the abnormal epithelium around cancerous lesionsupported the multieentric theory for the genesis of the urothelialcarcinoma and emphasized the importance of follow-up after operation.
