胃粘膜肥大细胞及其脱颗粒与Hp致病关系的探讨

目的：探讨胃粘膜肥大细胞（MC）及其脱颗粒与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）致病性的关系。方法：采用改良甲苯胺蓝染色法检测120例患者胃粘膜中MC计数及脱颗粒细胞所占比例。结果：1．Hp阳性患者胃粘膜MC计数及脱颗粒比显著高于Hp阴性患者（P＜0．01）；2．不同Hp感染胃病患者之间胃粘膜MC计数及脱颗粒比也有差异，消化性溃疡（PU）和慢性浅表性胃炎（CSG）患者胃粘膜MC计数及脱颗粒比显著高于慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）患者（P＜0．01）。结论：胃粘膜肥大细胞及其脱颗粒参与了Hp致病而导致胃粘膜受损。

Study on the relationship between the gastric mucosal mast cell,its degranulation and the pathogenesis of helicobacter pylori

Aim To study the relationship between the gastric mucosal mast cell(MC),its degranulation and helicobacter pylori(Hp) pathogenicity.Methods The improved toluidine blue pigmentation was used to examine the number of gastric mucosal MC and its degranulation portion of 120 patients.Results 1.The count of gastric mucosal MC and its degranulation portion of patients with H.pylori positive were significantly higer than those with H.pylori neagtive ( P<0.01) .2.There were difference in the count of gastric mucosal MC and its degranulation portion between different gastric disease patients with H.pylori infectin,the count of gastric mucosal MC and its degranulation portion of peptic ulcer(PU) patients and chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) patients were significantly higer than those of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) patients( P<0.01) .Conclusion Gstric muscoal MC and its degranulation are involved in H.pylori pathogenicity and result in gastric mucosa injury.
