Stathmin基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的 检测Stathmin基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨Stathmin基因与乳腺癌发生和进展的关系.方法 50例新鲜乳腺癌标本,所有标本均含有乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织,采用逆转录一聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测Stathmin的表达情况.结果 50例标本的癌组织中Stathmin的表达率为52%,癌旁组织中Stathmin的表达率为6%,在有淋巴结转移的38例乳腺癌中,Stathmin基因表达率为61%;在没有淋巴结转移的12例乳腺癌中,Stathmiu基因表达率为25%.结论 Stathmin的表达可能在乳腺癌发生、发展及转移中发挥作用,Stathmin的表达还可能与乳腺癌的预后有关.

Expression and clinical significance of Stathmin in human breast carcinomas

Objective To investigate the expression of Stathmin mRNA in breast cancer tissues and its relation with pathogenesis of of breast cancels.Methods A11 50 breast carcinoma samples included both breast carcinomas and surrounding non-tumour breast tissues.Expression of Stathmin was examined using RT-PCR.Results The expression rate of Stathmin mRNA in normal paracancerous tissue and breast cancer tissues was 6%and 52%respectively.In 38 eases of breast cancer with lymoh node metastasis and 12 cases without lymph node metastasis,the expression rate of Stathmin was 61%and 25%.respectively.Conclusion Expression of Stathmin may play a role in occurrence of breast cancer and be related to the prognosis of breast cancer.
