摘    要:以3-甲基-2-丁烯酸为起始原料,经硅酯化和溴代后,再将(Z)-4-溴-3-甲基-2-丁烯酸硅酯转化成相应内酯,从而经蒸馏分离出其反式异构体(E)-4-溴-3-甲基-2-丁烯酸硅酯,水解后即生成(E)-4-溴-3-甲基-2-丁烯酸,总收率为29%.

Abstract:E)-4-bromo-3-methyl-2-butenoic acid was conveniently synthesized from 3-methyl-2-butenoic acid in 29% overall yield.In this procedure,the title compound was easily obtained by hydrolysis of (E)-trimethylsilyl 4-bromo-3-methyl-2-butenoate,which could be isolated from its mixture of Z-/E-isomer by distillation in vacuo.The isomeric mixture was prepared via the esterification of 3-methyl-2-butenoic acid with chlorotrimethylsilane,followed by bromination with NBS.
