颅内动脉瘤22例显微手术治疗临床研究

目的：观察和探讨外科运用显微手术治疗颅内肿瘤的方法以及影响手术和愈后的因素。方法所有观察对象均选自2013年1月-12月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者22例,其中包裹术1例,占4.5％;孤立术3例,占13.6％;夹闭术18例,占81.8％。结果所有22例患者治疗结束后,死亡患者1例,占4.5％;术后患者生活基本可以自理者19例,占86.3％。结论运用显微手术在颅脑外科进行手术治疗颅内动脉瘤具有很好的治疗效果。

22 Cases of Intracranial Aneurysm Microsurgery Treatment of Clinical Research

Objective To observe and discuss surgery microsurgery of intracranial tumor treatments , as well as the influencing factors and after the surgery.Methods All subjects are chosen self hospital from January 2013 to December 22 patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated with package in 1 case, 4.5%; The isolation technique in 3 （13.6%）, Clipping 18 cases, accounting for 81.8%.Results All 22 cases patients after the treatment , 1 case death patients, accounted for 4.5%;In patients with postoperative life basic can provide for oneself 19 cases, accounting for 86.3%.Conclusions Microsurgery in craniocerebral surgery surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysm has very good therapeutic effect.
