| 摘 要： | 目的：研究护理学专业学位硕士研究生临床实践培养模式,为更好的开展护理硕士教育提供依据.方法：根据前期研究结果确定临床实践能力框架,结合文献研究法和专家论证会制定临床实践培养模式.结果：确定了培养模式内容包括：培养目标、实践时间、实践要求、实践内容与方法等.结论：先进的培养模式是培养高质量研究生的条件,同时可促进兄弟院校的交流和借鉴.

| Abstract: | Objective ： To keep the principle of highlighting the nursing clinical training, develop the clinical training mode of master of nursing specialist. Methods ： Based on framework of practical ability which is the outcome of preliminary study. A thorough review of the literature and expert argumentation was conducted to form the clinical training mode. Results ： Clinical training mode consists of ob- jective, time, demand, contents and methods. Conclusion： Advanced training mode is the premise of high quality students. The train- ing mode can be used in other universities. |
