| 摘 要： | 目的:对比针刺与艾灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症的效应差异.将62例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为针刺组32例、艾灸组30例,分别采用针刺或艾灸足三里、关元、脾俞、肾俞、太溪、三阴交,进行对比研究.结果表明针刺组和艾灸组均能提高腰椎部的骨密度(P<0.01,P<0.05),针刺组优于艾灸组(P<0.05).就针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症而言,针刺疗法的作用优于艾灸疗法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To Explore a method for increasing bone mineral density in the patient of primary osteoporosis.Methods Sixty two cases of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 32 cases and moxibustion group of 30 cases. They were treated by acupuncture or moxibustion at Zusanli(ST 36), Guanyuan(CV 4), Pishu(BL 20), Shenshu(BL 23), Taixi(KI 3), Sanyinjiao(SP 6) respectively. Results The acupuncture or moxibustion could increase the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra (P<0.01,P<0.05), with acupuncture being better than that of moxibustion (P<0.05). Conclusion Therapeutic effect of acupuncture is superior to that of moxibustion in treatment of primary osteoporosis. |
