无乳糖奶粉辅治轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

目的：探讨加用无乳糖奶粉（安儿宁）辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效。方法：将10例6月-24月、病程在3天内、以乳类喂养为主的轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均采用抗病毒及对症支持治疗，不使用抗生素。观察组停止乳类喂养，改用无乳糖奶粉（安儿宁）；对照组继续乳类喂养，对两组病程进行比较。并将观察组随机分成A组和B组，A组腹泻停止后即停止无乳糖奶粉喂养；B组腹泻停止后继续无乳糖奶粉喂养一周。观察A、B两组腹泻复发率。结果：观察组病程平均天数为（4．10±1．33）d，对照组为（6．08±1．66）d，经统计学处理有显著性差异（t=6．95，P〈0．01）。A组复发率28％，B组复发率4％，χ^2=5．357 P〈0．05两组有显著差异。结论：加用去乳糖奶粉治疗轮状病毒肠炎可明显缩短病程。并建议于腹泻停止后继续服用无乳糖奶粉1周。

Curative Effects Observation on the Treatment of Rotavirus Enteritis by Lactose--removed Milk Powder

Objective： To explore the curative effects of the lactose-removed milk powder （An＇erning） in treating rotavirus enteritis. Methods： 10 cases of rotavirus enteritis patients who were in 3-day course of disease and fed with milk were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Both of the two groups were treated with anti-virus but not antibiotics. Feed the observation group with lactose-removed milk powder （An＇eming） and the control group with milk. Divide the observation group into Group A and Group B randomly, stop the feeding of lactose-removed milk powder of Group A after they stopped purging and continue to feed Group B with lactose--removed milk powder for one week after they stopped purging. Observe the results. Results： The course of disease of observation group and control group was （4.10±1.33） d and （6. 08±1.66） d, and there was significant difference （t = 6.95, P〈0. 01）. The reoccurrence rate of Group A and B was 28% and 4%, and there was also significant difference （χ^2 =5. 357, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The course of disease of rotavirus enteritis can be shortened obviously with the lactose removed milk powder. We suggest that patients should continue to have lactose-removed milk powder for another one week after they stop purging.
