| 摘 要： | 目的 研究正常人与心梗患者血浆中分子物质含主凝胶层析图的差异。方法 采用梗患者血浆，经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１５层析，以核酸蛋白检测仪记录，用紫外近红外分光度计测定心梗患者血浆中分离物质的含量。结果 心梗患者血浆层析图，峰１与正常人相近，２、３、４峰高度明显增加，血浆中分子物质浓度明显升高。结论 心梗患者血浆中分子物质的含理明显高于正常人，对其发生、治疗、预后具有较大的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective: TostudythedifferenceingelchromatogramandMMScontentsbetweenmyocardialinfarctionpatientsandnormalpeople. Methods: TheMMSintheplasmaofmyocardialinfarctionpatientswereanalyzedwithSephadexG15chromatographyandnucleicacidproteindetector,andtheircontentsweredeterminedwithUVVISNIRspectrophotometer. Results: Peaks2,3 and4ofthechromatogramoftheplasmaofmyocardialinfarctionpatientswereobviouslyhigherthanthoseofthenormalpeople,onlypeak1ofbothgroupswassimilar. Conclusion: TheMMScontentintheplasmaofmyocardialinfarctionpatientsishigherthanthatofthenormalpeople,andthusitisclinicallysignificantinindicatingtheoccurrence,treatmenteffectandprognosisofthedisease. |
