儿童自发性脑出血5例报告并文献复习

目的探讨儿童自发性脑出血的病因、临床表现、影像学特点及诊治方法。方法回顾分析2005年1月至2008年4月收治5例儿童自发性脑出血的临床资料。结果3例脑动静脉畸形，1例烟雾病，1例病因不明。痊愈2例，好转2例，死亡1例。4例随访2个月～3年无再出血。结论脑动静脉畸形是儿童自发性脑出血的主要原因。综合CT、MRI／MRA和DSA所见检查可明确儿童自发性脑出血原因。临床表现和治疗因病因不同而有所差异，早期明确诊断及治疗预后良好。

Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in children in 5 csses and review of literature

Objective To explore the causes,the clinical manifestations,the imaging characteristics and the treatment of the spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in children.Methods five patients in childhood with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(SICH)presented from 2005.1 to 2008.4 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the patients,there were 3 Cases with arteriovenous malformation,1 case with moyamoya disease,and 1 case with unknown cause.2 Cases were cured,2 cases were improved,and 1 cases dicd.Follow-up studies(4 cases for2 months to 3 years)indicared that no rehemorrhages occurred.Conclusions The most comman cause of the SICH in children is arteriovenous malformation.Throush CT,MRI/MRA and DSA,the cause is clear for the spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in children.the clinical manirestations and the treatment of the spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in children is different according to the hemorrhagic causes.The outcome of these patients iS good if diagnosed and treated on time.
