150例胸段食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移规律的研究

目的:探讨胸段食管鳞癌淋巴结转移规律性.方法:回顾2010年1月至2011年1月采用手术治疗胸段食管鳞癌150例的临床资料,从患者肿瘤部位、肿瘤长度、浸润深度、分化程度和大体病理类型5个方面分析总结影响淋巴结转移的规律.结果:医院内无手术死亡.全组病人淋巴结转移率为50.7%,转移度为16.2%.肿瘤部位、肿瘤长度、浸润深度、分化程度和大体病理类型对淋巴结转移率的影响均有统计学意义.结论:肿瘤部位、肿瘤长度、浸润深度、分化程度是影响胸段食管鳞癌淋巴结转移的重要因素,临床中应注意分析、总结,从而提高手术治疗效果.

Study on lymph node metastasis of 150 cases of thoracic esophageal sequamous cell carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the metastasis regularity of thoracic oesophagus squamous cell carcinoma lymph nodes.Methods: Between January 2010 to January 2011,150 clinical cases of thoracic oecophagus which were surgical treated were reviewed to analyse and summarize the metastasis regularity of lymph nodes from five aspects,such as tumor location,tumor length,depth of invasion,differentitation and gross pathological types.Results: No surgical mortality was found in hospital.The overall rate of metastasis was 50.7% and the extent of metastasis was 16.2%.Tumor location,tumor length,depth of invasion,differentitation and gross pathological types all had statistically signification with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: Tumor location,tumor length,depth of invasion,degree of differentiation are important factors which influence lymph node metastasis in thoracic oesophagus.In clinical duration,we should pay attention to analyse and aummarize these factors so as to improve treatment effects.
