济生肾气丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的 探讨济生肾气丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年5月成都市新都区中医医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例，依据随机数表法分为对照组（50例）和治疗组（50例）。对照组患者口服厄贝沙坦片，150 mg/d，1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服济生肾气丸，6 g/次，3次/d。两组患者治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者中医症状改善时间，尿素氮、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）、肌酐、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）和白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者总有效率为94.00%，比对照组的80.00%明显升高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组肢体水肿、小便浑浊、腰膝酸软的改善时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组尿素氮、RBP、肌酐、IL-6和CRP水平均明显降低，而IL-10水平明显升高（P＜0.05），且与对照组比较，治疗组尿素氮、RBP、肌酐、IL-6、CRP和IL-10水平明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 济生肾气丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病可获得较为理想的治疗效果，能改善患者的中医症状和肾功能，减轻体内炎症反应。

Clinical study on Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy. Methods Patients (100 cases) with diabetes nephropathy in Xindu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Irbesartan Tablets, 150 mg/d, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jisheng Shenqi Pills on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the improvement time of TCM symptoms, the levels of urea nitrogen, RBP, creatinine, IL-6, CRP, and IL-10 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of TCM symptoms such as limb edema, turbid urine, sore waist, and knees in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood urea nitrogen, RBP, creatinine, IL-6, and CRP were significantly decreased, while the level of IL-10 was significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of blood urea nitrogen, RBP, creatinine, IL-6, CRP, and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy can obtain ideal therapeutic effect, improve the TCM symptoms and renal function of patients, and reduce the inflammatory reaction in vivo.
