摘    要:目的 调查三甲基氯化锡(TMT)职业接触者血钾含量水平。方法对广东省两家使用有机锡塑料稳定剂企业进行卫生学调查及对186名作业工人的尿锡和血清钾进行分析,并与154名对照组工人相比较。结果生产原料中均检出TMT;接触组尿锡异常率为27.42%,明显高于对照组的1.95%(P〈0.01),接触组血钾异常率为38.17%,明显高于对照组的2.60%(P〈0.01);尿锡与血钾之间有一定负相关关系(r=-0.21,P〈0.01),但相关性不密切。结论三甲基氯化锡职业接触者可出现低血钾,血钾可作为有机锡塑料稳定剂作业人员TMT危害的早期检测指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the Level of serum potassium contents in workers exposed to trimethyltin chloride. Methods The hygienic conditions in workshops oftwo used organotin plastic stabilizer factories in Guangdong Province were measured and 186 urinary tin contents and serum potassium in workers were examined,The result was compare with 154 controls. Results The TMT in prodaction materials were deteted;The abnormal rate of urinary tin contents and serum potassium contents in workers were 27.42% and 38.17% respectively,had a signicantly higher than those of the control group(1.95%,P<0.01) and(2.60%,P<0.01);there was a nagative correlation between urinary tin and serum potassium was observed(r=-0.21,P<0.01). Conclusion There low serum potassium contents may occur to workers occupationally exposer to trimethyltin chloride.The level of serum potassium could be takn as an early index of TMT hazard in workers exposed to organotin plastic stabilizer.
