| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对影像的对比，探求X线平片、CT及MRI图像对脊椎转移瘤的位置、病症请款诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析该院69例脊椎转移瘤患者的三种不同设备的影像资料，并详细地对比分析。结果69例患者使用X线平片，CT以及MRI检测出非正常的椎体个数分别为84个、96个和165个。 MRI的诊断结果与X线平片对患者的诊断结果有差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在临床实践中，如若遇到脊椎转移瘤患者，可以通过MRI诊断，以提高准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of X-ray plain film, CT and MRI images in finding the spinal metastases position and the diagnosis of spinal metastasis by comparing the images. Methods The imaging data of 3 kinds of different devices of 69 cases of patients with spinal metastases admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and compared in detail. Re-sults In the 69 patients, the number of abnormal vertebral body detected by X-ray plain film, CT and MRI was 84, 96, 165, re-spectively. There was statistically significant difference in the detection result between MRI and X-ray plain film （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice, patients with vertebral metastases can be diagnosed by MRI in order to improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis. |
