| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨围生期孕妇负面心理状况及心理干预效果。方法将入选527例孕妇按DOLL随机分配卡分成心理干预治疗组（284例）和常规随机走访组（243例）,于孕晚期比较两组产妇心理变化情况。结果干预前后经比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2分别为13.22、16.66, P〈0.001）。结论经过心理干预治疗的围生期孕妇心理问题有所下降。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the negative psychological status of pregnant women in the perinatal period and the effect of psy-chological intervention. Methods According to DOLL＆#39;s random distribution card, 527 pregnant women were divided into two groups, psychological intervention treatment group （284 subjects） and regular visiting group （243 subjects）. The changes of mater-nal psychology in late pregnancy between the two groups were compared. Results There were significant statistic differences before and after the intervention （χ2were 13.22 and 16.66, respectively, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The psychological status of pregnant wom-en in the perinatal period becomes better after receiving psychological intervention. |
