小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的CT表现

目的：了解肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的CT表现。方法回顾性调查自2011年10月-2013年10月该院收治的80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料，分析患儿肺部CT病灶的分布及形态。结果80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿，其中单侧肺叶病变的46例，双侧病变的34例，左上叶21例，左下叶26例，右上叶23例，右中叶15例，右下叶27例。病灶呈大斑片状影66例，肺纹理增多27例，斑点状影31例，条索状影16例，磨玻璃样影12例。病变肺叶可见支气管管壁增厚的62例，肺实变13例，肺门、纵膈淋巴结肿大8例，胸腔积液9例，肺部CT可见空洞2例。结论支原体肺炎患儿以单侧肺叶发病较常见，其肺部CT以病变肺叶的斑片状或大片实变影、支气管管壁增厚为特征性表现。

Performance Research of the Lung CT Manifestations of Children with Pneumonia

Objective To explore the lung CT manifestations of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from October, 2011 to October, 2013 were studied retrospectively. The distribution and morphology of pulmonary lesions of the children in lung CT were analyzed. Results Of the 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia, there were 46 cases of unilateral abnormalities, 34 cases of bilateral abnormalities, 21 cases of abnormalities in left upper lobes, 26 cases of abnormalities in left lower lobes, 23 cases of abnormalities in right upper lobes, 15 cases of abnormalities in right middle upper lobes, 27 cases of abnormalities in right lower lobes. The appearance of nidus includ-ed 66 cases of large patchy shadow, 27 cases of lung marking increase, 31 cases of mottling consolidation, 16 cases of funicular shadow, 12 cases of ground-glass opacity, 62 cases of bronchial wall thickening,13 cases of pulmonary consolidation, 8 cases of hilus pulmonis or mediastinum lymph nodes enlargement, 9 cases of pleural effusion ,2 cases of cavity. Conclusion The unilateral lung disease is more common and the large patchy shadow or pulmonary consolidation, bronchial wall thickening are the character-istic lung CT image.
