阿托伐他汀对比辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的临床观察

目的：探讨阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法选择75例冠心病合并高脂血症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予阿托伐他汀治疗，对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后血脂及肝肾功能改变情况。结果观察组治疗后的三酰甘油、血总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平分别与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组和对照组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮和肌酐分别与该组治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症临床效果显著，优于辛伐他汀。

Clinical difference of atorvastatin and simvastatin on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin and simvastatin on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods 75 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia patients, were selected and randomly di-vided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given atorvastatin, the control group was given simvas-tatin. The blood lipid and renal function changes were observede before and after treatment in two groups. Results The three tria-cylglycerol, serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the obser-vation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment,the difference was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion atorvastatin on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia has significant clinical effect, and the clinical effect is better than simvastatin.
