葡萄糖酸锌联合常乐康在小儿轮状病毒肠炎中的应用效果

目的：探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合常乐康（酪酸梭菌、婴儿型双歧杆菌二联活菌散）对小儿轮状病毒肠炎的治疗效果。方法将110例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例，对照组患儿给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服葡萄糖酸锌、常乐康，观察两组患儿呕吐消失时间、腹泻持续时间、住院时间，评价治疗效果。结果观察组患儿呕吐消失时间、腹泻持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组总有效率96.36%，显著优于对照组的85.45%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用葡萄糖酸锌联合常乐康治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著，值得推广使用。

The Efficacy of Zinc Gluconate Combined with Changlekang on Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zinc Gluconate combined with Changlekang （Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders,Live） on children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods 110 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given conventional treatment, the children in the observation group plus Zinc Gluconate combined with Changlekang. The vomiting disappearing time, the duration of diarrhea and the length of stay of two groups of patients were observed, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The vomiting disappearing time, the duration of diarrhea and the length of stay of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%, which was much better than that of the control group （85.45%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Zinc Gluconate combined with Changlekang in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization.
