幽门螺杆菌与消化性溃疡的相关因素探讨

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌和消化性溃疡的相关性。方法经胃镜钳取十二指肠溃疡病人、胃溃疡病人的溃疡组织，并经快速尿素酶法对溃疡组织之中所包含的幽门螺杆菌进行检测。结果比较不同年龄段的病人显现Hp感染阳性的几率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。比较十二指肠溃疡者与胃溃疡者Hp感染阳性的几率，明显十二指肠溃疡病者比胃溃疡病者高， P＜0.05。结论幽门螺杆菌和消化性溃疡两者间的相关性很显著。

Study on the Correlation Between Helicobacter Pylori and Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and peptic ulcer. Methods Rapid urease test was used to detect the Helicobacter pylori in the ulcer tissue of duodenal ulcer patients and gastric ulcer patients taken via gastroscope forceps. Results The comparison results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between patients of different ages in the probability of Hp positive infection, P〈0.05. And the probability of Hp positive infection of duodenal ulcer patients was significantly higher than that of the gastric ulcer patients, P〈0.05. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between Heli-cobacter pylori and peptic ulcer.
