| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者室性心律失常的有效治疗方法。方法通过动态心电图及12导联心电图观察胺碘酮、心律宁及普鲁卡因胺对冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。结果胺碘酮组疗效明显优于心律宁组及普鲁卡因胺组，经t检验证实有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且未发现明显副作用。结论胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床疗效较好，是一种较安全的药物治疗方法，临床可推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate an effectively therapeutic method for ischemic ventricular arrhythmias. Methods Compared the effect and safety of amiodarone, matrine and procainamide on ventricular arrhythmias in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) by Holter and 12 leads electrocardiogram. Results In all groups, the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias were reduced. There was a better effect in amiodarone group than the other two groups ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion There is an obvious therapeutic efficacy of amiodarone on ischemic ventricular arrhythmias. Amiodarone is better than matrine and procainamide in clinic. |
