| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌中金属蛋白酶解离素9（ADAM9）的表达和临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法,检测了42例分化型甲状腺癌组织中ADAM9的表达。结果分化型甲状腺癌中ADAM9的阳性率为64.3%。伴有颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌中ADAM9阳性率为80.0%,显著高于无颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌（50.0%）,P〈0.05;累及或超出甲状腺被膜的甲状腺癌中ADAM9阳性率为100.0%,明显高于肿块限于甲状腺内的甲状腺癌（57.1%）,P〈0.05;ADAM9表达与病理分型和TNM分期无关,P〉0.05。结论 ADAM9在分化型甲状腺癌的侵袭转移中可能起着重要作用。ADAM9表达水平可以作为判定甲状腺癌侵袭转移的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of ADAM9 in differentiated thyroid cancer and its relation of clinic pathology factors.Methods The expressions of ADAM9 in specimens of 42 cases of differentiated thyroid cancer were detected by using SABC immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of ADAM9 expression in differentiated thyroid cancer was 64.3%.The positive rate of ADAM9 expression in thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis was markedly higher than that without（80.0% vs 50.0%,P0.05）.The expression of ADAM9 in thyroid cancer was markedly correlated with invasion depth（P0.05）,and wasn＇t related to histological type and TNM stage（P0.05）.Conclusion ADAM9 may play an important role in infiltration and metastasis of differentiated thyroid cancer.As a result,ADAM9 may be an objective marker for infiltration and metastasis of thyroid cancer. |
