摘    要:PBL教学法以问题为基础,以学生为中心,是国际上公认的一种效果良好的教学方法。为了激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其学习的主动性和积极性,并促进其综合能力和专业水平的提高,对病原生物与免疫学进行PBL教学法改革与实践非常必要。本文以长江大学中西医临床专业的大二学生为研究对象,进行了PBL教学法在病原生物与免疫学中的改革与实践,经不断改进和提高,取得了良好的教学效果,可在今后的教学中进一步推广应用。

Abstract:PBL teaching method is based on problem and takes the student as the main body,which is an internationally-accepted effective teaching method.In order to stimulate students′ interest,promote their enthusiasm and initiatives in learning,and improve their comprehensive ability and professional level,it is very essential for the reform and practice of PBL teaching method in pathogenic biology and immunology.In this study,reform and practice of PBL teaching method were carried out in the teaching of pathogenic biology and immunology for sophomore students of clinical specialty of traditional Chinese and western medicine,which leaded to a pretty good teaching effect through continuous improvement and could be worth extensive application in the future.
