| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis, CRS)基础病理生理学的多样性导致其会发生不同程度的变异;加之对其疾病亚群机制缺乏了解,使得CRS的治疗十分困难。因此,对于CRS内在型的进一步研究将有助于明确CRS的病因,为CRS的对因治疗提供参考,从而获得更有效的治疗效果。本文综述了CRS基于伴或不伴鼻息肉的临床表型,基于嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞、Th细胞和因子、ILC2s、IgE及白三烯途径的五种内在型,并探讨了CRS与阿司匹林加重性呼吸系统疾病、哮喘内在型之间的关系。
