陕西省2013-2017年老年人肺结核患者治疗成功影响因素分析

目的 分析2013—2017年陕西省老年肺结核治疗成功的影响因素,为提高老年人肺结核治疗成功率提供依据。方法 收集2013—2017年陕西省"结核病信息管理系统"中年龄≥65岁的接受治疗的肺结核病患者,运用Excel和SPSS 18.0分析老年肺结核治疗成功的影响因素。结果 2013—2017年陕西省老年肺结核患者共19 331例,男女比例为1.76∶1。治疗成功17 793例（占92.04%）。经单因素及多因素分析,性别、年龄、职业、治疗分类、是否重症、管理方式及就诊延迟不同的患者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,其中重症对老年肺结核患者治愈成功影响最大（OR=2.183）。结论 老年肺结核患者的性别、年龄、职业、治疗分类、是否重症、管理方式及就诊延迟与治疗成功密切相关;加强患者的管理及健康教育,降低不良反应的发生,有助于提高老年肺结核患者治疗成功率。

Influencing factors on treatment success of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Shaanxi, 2013- 2017

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of successful treatment of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in Shaanxi Province from 2013 to 2017, and to provide basis for improving the success rate of treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The pulmonary tuberculosis reporting data from the Information Management System of Tuberculosis from 2013 to 2017 were collected, with the pulmonary tuberculosis patients were older than 65 years, and we analyze the influencing factors of successful treatment of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis by Excel and SPSS 18.0. Results Totally 19 331 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were included in this study, the ratio of male to female was 1.76∶1. And 17 793 cases were treated successfully(92.04%). Univariate and multivate logistic regression analysis showed, sex, age, occupation, treatment classification, whether severe, management style and delayed treatment of patients treatment effect of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed, severe pulmonary tuberculosis had the greatest impact on the cure success of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (OR=2.183). Conclusion The sex, age, occupation, treatment classification, whether severe, management style and delayed treatment of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients are closely related to the success of treatment. Patient management and health education should be strengthened, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, help to improve the treatment success rate of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
