穴位注射干扰素治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察穴位注射干扰素治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将76例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组37例,治疗组采用穴位注射干扰素治疗,对照组采用干扰素肌肉注射治疗,进行临床疗效对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组为70.3%。两组患者止疱、结痂、止痛比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论穴位注射干扰素治疗带状疱疹,可明显减轻病痛,缩短病程,提高治愈率。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Point Injection of Interferon in Treating Herpes Zoster

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture point injection of interferon in treating herpes zoster.Methods Seventy-six patients with herpes zoster were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 39 cases and a control group of 37 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture point injection of interferon and the control group,intramuscular injection of interferon.Results The total efficacy rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 70.3% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the time for blister disappearance,scabbing and pain relief between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture point injection of interferon for the treatment of herpes zoster can obviously alleviate the disease,shorten its duration and raise the cure rate.
