电刺激小脑顶核在脑缺血大鼠中的内源性神经保护机制

摘    要:成熟神经元不可再生,完全缺血5 min即可导致神经元不可逆性死亡。电刺激小脑顶核具有脑保护作用,能提高脑缺血大鼠对缺血、缺氧的耐受性,但其具体机制不明。主要从抑制炎性反应、降低缺血半暗带的电兴奋性、抑制神经元凋亡、促进结构重建、功能恢复、促进内源性神经干细胞生长等方面就电刺激小脑顶核的内源性神经保护机制进行阐述,尤其关注到它促进内源性神经干细胞生长对缺血性脑血管病的意义。

Abstract:Mature neurons can′t regenerate,they will die without blood supply for 5 minutes.Electrical stimulation of the cerebellar fastigial nucleus can preserve the brain,and elevate the toleration to ischemia and hypoxia of cerebral ischemia rats.But the mechanisms was unknown.Endogenous neuroprotection mechanisms of fastigial nucleus was discussed from following aspect such as inhibiting inflammation,decreasing electrical excitability in the ischemia semidarkness,inhibiting neuron apoptosis,promoting structures and functions recovery,promoting endogenous nerval stem cell growing,expecially the effect of promoting endogenous nerval stem cell growing for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
