荣胃阻癌方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床观察

目的 观察荣胃阻癌方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变的临床疗效.方法 将112例CAG癌前病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组64例予荣胃阻癌方,每次250g,每日2次口服.对照组48例予胃复春片,每次4片,每日3次口服.2组均12周为1个疗程.共治疗2个疗程.观察2组临床疗效及症状、胃镜及病理疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率95.31％,对照组总有效率81.25％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组症状、胃镜及病理疗效均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 荣胃阻癌方治疗CAG癌前病变疗效确切.

Clinical study of Rongweizuai compound on precancerous lesion in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To study the effect of Rongweizuai compound(RC) on gastric precancerous lesion(GPL) in patients suffering from chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) differentiated as spleen deficiency with liver stagnation and blood stasis in TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods One hundred and twelve patients fitting to the admittance criteria were randomly divided into two groups,sixty four patients were treated with RC as the treatment group and forty eight cases were treated with Weifuchun as the control group,all cases were treated for 24 weeks.Results The curative effects of symptom,gastroscopy and pathologic changes in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion RC is a good effective drug for GPL.
