颈椎病引起食管压迫与吞咽障碍47例分析

本文分析了47例颈椎病引起食管压迫的临床及X线表现。本病并非少见，可有或无吞咽障碍．引起吞咽障碍的机制有骨赘或椎间盘前脱突出的机械性压迫和神经功能障碍。本病之诊断应依据临床症状，颈椎病及食道后缘受压的X线表现并除外其它原因引起的吞咽障碍。

Esophageal compression and dysphagia caused by cervical spondylosis(Analysis of 47 cases)

The clinical and radiologic manifestations of 47 cases of esophageal com-pression caused by cervical spondylosis were analysed. This entity is not uncom-mon, dysphagia may or may not present. The mechanism causing dysphagia in-cludes mechanical compression of the esophagus by osteophytes or anterior bulgingof intervertebral disc, and impaired nervous function. The diagnosis must be basedon clinical symptoms,radiologic findings of cervical spondylosis and posterior com-pression of esophagus, and exclusion of dysphagia resulted from other causes.
