| 摘 要： | 用二维超声心动图和彩色血流显像技术对368名50岁以上的高龄患者进行检测，查出患有主动脉瓣钙化（AVC）者92例（25．0％）发病率随年龄增大而增高。冠心病患者比无心血管病者好发AVC，高血压患者亦呈同样趋势。有22．8％的AVC引起主动脉瓣返流，但引起主动脉瓣狭窄者少见。

| Abstract: | Among 368 people aged 50 and than 50 years, aortic valve calcification (AVC) was detected by 2-dimensional echocardiography in 92 people( 25.0% ), the incidence of AVC was increasing with the aging process. By the analysis, it was found that the lncidence of AVC in coronary artery disease patients was signifcantly higher than that of controi, there was a same trend in the hgpertension patients. The complication of AVC was mainly aortic regurgitation (22. 8% ) in this group,aortic stenosis was rare. |
