免疫母细胞型透明细胞性淋巴瘤的形态学和表型特征

本文报告了9例免疫母细胞型透明细胞性淋巴瘤的形态学和免疫表型特征。肿瘤大多由透明细胞构成，瘤细胞具有丰富水样透明的胞浆，超微结构上细胞器极少。表型标记研究8例在石蜡切片上进行，瘤细胞呈CD45＋、C1345RO＋、CD45RA－、Mac387－，1例用冰冻切片，瘤细胞呈CD3＋、CD8＋、CD1－、CD4－、B7。结果表明透明细胞性淋巴瘤来自T细胞。

Morphological and immunophenotypical characteristics of clear-cell immunoblastic lymphoma

Morphological and immunophenotypical chatacteristics of nine patients with clear-cell immunoblastic lymphoma are reported. The tumors were cotnposed almost entirely of round or oval cells with water- clear, abundant cytoplasm. Few organella .were found ultrastructurally.Phenotypic markers studles were performed mainly on paraffin sectlons (8 cases ),or cryostst sections in one case. The neoplastic cells showed CD45 ,CD45RO , Mac387 -,and CD45RA-in paraffin sections,or CD3 ,CD8 ,CD1 -,CD4 -,and B7 in cryostat sections, respectively. The results suggest that clear - cell, immunoblastic lymphoma are derived from T -cell lineages.
