各型肝病患者空腹血清胃泌素检测与临床分析

应用放射免疫法测定137例各型肝病患者空腹血清胃泌素含量。结果表明急性肝炎、慢性肝炎及肝硬化无静脉曲张组血清胃泌素含量基本正常，与对照无明显差异。肝硬化门脉高压伴食道胃底静脉曲张组胃泌素含量显著增高，是无静脉曲张组的1．55倍，两组差异显著（P＜0．05）。肝硬化静脉曲张组与正常对照相比（P＜0．01）。提示该组有高胃泌素血症。高胃泌素血症与静脉曲张程度及胃粘膜病变引起的上消化道出血密切相关，血清胃泌素含量愈高，并发上消化道出血机会愈多。为此，对肝硬化门脉高压合并静脉曲张及胃粘膜病变者血清胃泌素测定对预测消化道出血有一定的临床价值。

A detection and clinical analysis of serumgastrin levels in patients with hepatic diseases

The Serumgastrin levels were detected by radioimmunoassay on an ampty stomach in 137 patients with hepatic deseases. The results showed that althoughthere were no significant differencs between all groups and the normalcontrol, but it suggested that the serumgastrin levels were very high in cases with hepatocirrhosis compliented with, portal hypertensionand with vein varicosis of esophagus and gaster. It was 1.55 times higher than of cases withoutvaricosis. There was marked difference between fhem (P<0. 05). There are close relations between hypergastrmimia and bleeding of upperdigestive tracts caused by disruption of varicosis and the lesion of mucous membrane of gaster. The higher the serum gastrin levels is, the morechances of the bleeding of digestive tract will be complicatted with. Therefore it has a clinical siglificace to detecte serum gastrin levels in patients with hepatocirrhosis complicated with varicosis and lesion of mucous membrane ofgaster.
