膀胱癌ras基因表达的研究

摘    要:本文通过免疫组织化学技术对32例膀胱癌组织 ras 基因表达进行了检测,试图探讨ras 基因表达与膀胱癌病理分级及肿瘤复发的关系。结果表示:32例膀胱癌组织 ras 基因阳性表达率的37.5%。G_1期的20%,G_2期的33.3%,G_3期的53.8%。20例初发膀胱癌 ras 基因阳性表达率的35%。化疗后复化的膀胱癌组织为41.6%。实验结果提示 ras 基因的表达水平与膀胱癌组织的病理分级及肿瘤的复发密切关系。

Abstract:The Expression of ras gene of bladder cancer in 32 patients was studied by immunobis- tochemistry in order to detect the relations between the ras gene and pathological classification and biological behavior of bladder cancer.The results show that the total rate of positive expres- sion of ras gene is 37.5 ,and it is 20% in the G1 phrase,33.3% in the G2 phrase and 53.8% in the G3 phrase in 32% patients with bladder cancer.However,the rate of ras expression is 35% in 20% patients with primary bladder cancer.The rate is 41.6 in recurring bladder cancer after chemotherapy.It is suggested that there are closed relations between ras expression and patholog- ical classification and are recurrence of bladder cancer.
