广泛全子宫切除术后围术期盆底肌肉功能锻炼对膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的 探讨盆底肌肉功能锻炼对广泛性全宫切除术后患者膀胱功能恢复的影响.方法 对我院从2009~2012年收治的93例子宫颈癌行广泛全子宫切除术后患者围术期进行一般护理及盆底肌肉训练.比较其尿潴留及尿路感染的发生率.结果 实行了盆底肌肉功能锻炼的患者组,其发生尿潴留及尿路感染的几率与未进行盆底肌肉功能锻炼的患者组差别显著,盆底肌肉功能锻炼组发生尿潴留及尿路感染发生率分别为19.6%、25.5%.对照组尿潴留及尿路感染的发生率分别为23.8%、35.7%.两组尿潴留及尿路感染发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对广泛全子宫切除术患者进行盆底肌肉功能锻炼对膀胱功能恢复有显著影响,能大大降低尿潴留及尿路感染的发生率.

Extensive hysterectomy perioperative pelvic floor muscle function,exercise recovery of function of the bladder function

Objective Explore the pelvic floor muscle function to exercise extensive hysterectomy patients with bladder function recovery.Methods The general admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012,93 cases of cervical cancer line extensive hysterectomy in patients with perioperative care,pelvic floor muscle training,bladder irrigation.Comparison of urinary retention and urinary tract infection incidence.Results Implementation of the pelvic floor muscle function in exercise of the patient group,the probability of occurrence of urinary retention and pelvic floor muscle exercise the patient group no significant difference for both the pelvic floor muscle exercise and bladder with sterile saline to wash the patientsthe incidence of urinary retention was significantly lower than the two groups,were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Only extensive hysterectomy patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise had no significant effect on bladder function recovery.
