舒筋拔伸弹拨法治疗颈椎间盘突出60例

目的：观察采用舒筋拔伸弹拔法治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例，运用舒筋拔伸弹拨法治疗；对照组30例，采用常规枕颌牵引法治疗，每日一次，10次为一疗程，治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．3％，临床治愈率50％；对照组总有效率73．3％，临床治愈率23．3％。结论：舒筋拔伸弹拨法治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有较好的临床效果（P〈0．05）。

Massage which includes relaxing muscles for the treatment of cervical disc herniation in 60 cases

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of massage which includes relaxing muscles, pulling manipulation and string manipulation for cervical disc herniation. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases） ,The cases in the treatment group were done by massage,The cases in the control group were treated using conventional occipital jaw traction therapy,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,2 courses of complete treatment. Result：Objective：Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3% ,the clinical recovery rate was 50% the total effective rate in the control group was 73.3 %, the clinical recovery rate was 23.3 %. Conclusion： Massage which includes relaxing muscles, puning manipulation and string manipulation for cervical disc herniation has better clinical effect. （P〈0.05）.
