数字骨科技术在复杂跟骨骨折手术中的运用

摘    要:目的:探讨数字骨科技术在复杂跟骨骨折手术中的运用。方法:自2008年3月~2009年3月,收治30例(33足)跟骨骨折的患者,术前常规行CT检查,将CT图像导入SuperImageTM数字骨科平台,重建出跟骨三维模型,为术前患者个体化手术方案的设计提供参考。C臂透视下行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术,术后行CT检查,并在数字骨折平台中重建跟骨模型,观察骨折复位情况。按Maryland足部评分标准对疗效进行评定。结果:30例病例全部得到随访,随访时间12~24个月,平均16.3个月,按Maryland足部评分标准,优(90~100分)18足(54.5%),良(75~89分)11足(33.3%),可(50-74分)4足(12.1%),优良率87.8%。结论:数字骨科技术对复杂跟骨骨折患者可提供术前精确的个体化手术治疗方案,并对跟骨术后的解剖重建进行精确评价,是辅助治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of digital orthopedic technology in the treatment of complicated calcaneal fracture. Methods: 30 patients(33 feet) with calcaneal fracture were treated by open reduction internal fixation from march 2008 to 2009 march,the CT scan were performed before operation. The CT images of all the patients were introduced into Super ImageTM computer for 3D reconstruction. Then the operation were performed with the aid of C--arm X--ray machine. All the patients were underwent CT scan examination 2 weeks after operation, the effect of reduction were observed. The effect was evaluated by Maryland foot score. Result:All the patients underwent the follow--up, The follow--up ranged from 12 to 24 months(average of 16.3 months). According to Maryland foot score, 18 feet(54.5%)were excellent(90 to 100 score) ,11 feet(33.3%) were good(75 to 89 score) ,4 feet(12.1%)were middle(50 to74score) ,the rate of excellent and good was 87.8%. Conclusion:Digital orthopedic technology can provide precise individual - oriented operation program and exact evaluation for anatomic reconstruction. It is an effective supplementary treatment method for calcaneal fracture.
