| 摘 要： | Notch信号通路在细胞分化发育过程中起重要作用，许多肿瘤形成都有Notch信号的参与。肿瘤的形成多是多因素共同完成的，研究发现Notch信号与Ras、Wnt、NF—kB、VEGF等的串话在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥着协同或者拮抗的作用。本文就Notch信号的组成、活化及其串话 进行综述。

| Abstract: | Notch signaling pathway plays a key role in cell differentiation and proliferation, which involves the formation of many tumors. Many factors together lead to the formation of tumors, researches showed that the crosstalk between Notch signaling pathway and Ras, Wnt, NF-kB, VEGF played a synergistic or antagonistic effect in tumor occurrence and development. The composition of Notch signaling,activation and crosstalk are reviewed in the paper. |
