| 摘 要： | 以某日用化工厂洗衣粉包装车间工龄1.5年以上的47名同班操作女工为接触组,以年龄、身高、体重与接触组基本接近的25名女大学生作为对照组,观察洗衣粉对接触工人肺功能和生化免疫指标的影响。结果发现,接触工人除出现皮肤和呼吸道过敏、刺激等症状外,37.4%工人有轻度阻塞型肺功能损害和免疫球蛋白IgM 和C_3补体水平升高。作者认为:皮肤和呼吸器官是洗衣粉作用的靶器官;洗衣粉对机体作用的机理中;有免疫系统参与。

| Abstract: | Lung Function,serum cholinesterase,cholesterol and immunoglobulinwere determined in 47 female packing workers exposed to synthetic cleaningpowder at an atmospheric concetration of 30mg/m~3(14.58-46.94mg/m~3)in a synthetic cleaning powder factory with 25 female university students ascontrols.Controls were matched with the exposed for age,height and bodyweight.It was found that beside skin sensitive and irritative symptoms,37.4% of exposed workers had a mild obstructive damage of lung function.Their serum IgM and complement C_3 were higher than that of the controls.Itwas postulated that respiratory organ and skin were the target organs of syn-thetic cleaning powder. |
