摘    要:在天津缝纫机零件某厂冲压车间以及在实验室重放该车间的录制噪声对豚鼠进行声暴露,观察动物的皮层听区诱发电位反应阈和毛细胞缺失率,结果如下:1.所有动物在声暴露停止后听阈均上升,24小时均未恢复正常,多数耳有永久性听力损失。2.随暴露时间延长,阈增大。3.听力恢复主要在暴露停止后的一周内。4.毛细胞的形态变化主要发生在第二圈和第三圈的外毛细胞。

Abstract:Guinea pigs were exposed to kindustrial impulse noise in a punching work-shop and to that recorded from the workshop in a laboratory.After exposure,the cortical auditory potential threshold evoked by click was raised in all ani-mals.Majority kept PTS.Hearing loss became larger with exposed term.Res-toration of hearing mostly occured within the first week after stopping expo-sure.Hair cell loss occured at 2nd and 3nd turn of cochlea.Difference of hear-ing loss between animals exposed in punching workshop and in laboratory wasdiscussed.These results were compared with the criteria of AmericanOccupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA)and Japan Associa-tion of Industrial Health.
