子宫肌瘤剔除术两种手术方式的临床比较

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性,临床效果和安全性。方法:筛选2002年9月~2004年8月期间腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者71例(腹腔镜组),同期经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术64例(对照组)的临床资料,比较两种手术效果和术后恢复情况。结果:腹腔镜组术后排气时间、术后住院时间缩短,术后发热率低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,但出血量增加,无大出血,手术时间延长。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小,手术并发症少,恢复快等优点,是一种在条件许可时值得推广的微创手术。

Clinical comparison of two kinds of myomectomy

Objective To evaluate the feasibility,clinical effects and safety of laparoscopy myomectomy.Method From September 2002 to August 2004,71 cases treated by laparoscopy myomectomy were analyzed as the study group and 64 cases treated by abdominal myomectomy were selected as the control group.Effects of operation and recovery of two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel function and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than that of the control group,postoperative fever rate were lower than that of the control group,blood loss during operation and operating time of the study group were more than that of the control group,but there were no a lot of blood loss.Conclusion There are lots of advantages in the laparoscopy myomecbomy,such as small wound,slight pain,quick recovery,shorter time in hospital,ect,and it is a micro-invasive surgery that can be generalized under proper condition.
