摘    要:用心率功率谱分析方法观察了不同频率电刺激大鼠躯体神经对心率及血压的影响机理。实验结果表明,低频电刺激正中神经主要引起心率加快,心率功率谱高频峰密度降低;刺激坐骨神经可引起心率加快及血压升高,同时高频峰密度降低,低频峰与高频峰密度比值增加;而高频电刺激作用不明显。提示,刺激正中神经所致的心率加快主要与心迷走神经抑制有关,而刺激坐骨神经引起的心率加快及血压升高主要与心迷走神经被抑制和交感神经兴奋有关。而且这些效应具有穴位和刺激频率特异性。

Abstract:The effects of electrical stimulations to madian and sciatic nerves on heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP)were studied with HR power spectral method. The results indicated that low frequency stimulations to median nerves caused rise of HR, deerease of HFPD, and to sciatic nerves evoked rise of HR, elevation of BP, decrease of HFPD and increase of LFPD/HFPD ratios; but little effect was revealed by high frequency stimulations on HR, BP and HR power spectra. These results suggested that the rise of HR induced by median nerve stimulations may be caused by cardiac vagal inhibition; the rise of HR and elevation of BP induced by sciatic nerve stimulations may be caused by both the vagal inhibition and sympathetic exeitation; and these effects have relative point and frequency specifities.
