65例咳嗽变异性哮喘临床分析

目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的诊断治疗，提高该病的临床诊治率。方法回顾性分析65例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊治资料。结果65例患儿经治疗，显效37例（56．92％），有效25例（38．46％），无效3例（4．62％）。总有效率95．38％。结论对慢性咳嗽患儿，长期抗生素治疗无效，应首先考虑CVA，早期试用支气管扩张剂治疗，一旦确诊，即给予正规抗哮喘治疗，防止发展为典型哮喘。
