葛根素对高血压病患者左室肥厚的影响

目的 探讨葛根素对高血压病患者左室肥厚的影响及可能的机制。 方法58例原发性高血压伴左室肥厚患者,随机分为对照组(28例)及葛根素组(30例),对照组予罗布麻、双氢克尿噻降压治疗,葛根素组在此基础上合用葛根素片195mg/d,疗程均为6个月,观察左室质量指数(LVMI)及血浆自由脂肪酸(FFA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化。 结果葛根素组LVMI、FFA、ET-1降低,NO增加(P<0.01),其LVMI的变化与FFA、ET-1的改变呈正相关(r=0.41,0.44,P<0.05),而与NO的改变呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。 结论葛根素逆转高血压病患者左室肥厚,可能与改善内皮功能及脂肪酸代谢有关。

The effects of puerarin on left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertensive patients

Objective To investigate the effects of puerarin on left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertensive pa-tients and possible mechanism. Methods 58 essential hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly di-vided into control group(n = 28) and puerarin group(n = 30) ,they treated with antihypertensive drug Luobuma and hydrochlorothi-azide,on the basis of therapy puerarin group added puerarin 195mg/d for 6 months.The left ventricular mass index(LVMI) ,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1) and free fatty acids(FFA) were examined and estimated before and after treatment. Results In puerarin group LVMI,FFA and ET-1 decreased,NO increased( P <0.01),the change of LVMI was positively conelated with the change of ET-1 and FFA( r = 0.44,0.41, P < 0.05), negatively with NO( r = -0.37, P < 0.05), No significant change was found in control group( P > 0.05). Condusion The treatment of puerarin showed that it could effectively reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy,and the therapeutic mechanism might be improvement of endothelial function and fatty acids metabolism.
