某煤矿103名煤工血常规检查结果的分析与思考

目的探讨在职业健康检查中,检前准备情况对检查结果的影响。方法统计某煤矿103名煤工夜班后第1次血常规检查结果(取血红蛋白和红细胞数据),与其1周规律饮食后第2次检查结果进行对照分析,观察2次检查结果情况。结果第1次血红蛋白和红细胞异常率(86.41%,55.34%),复检率(88.35%)均明显高于第2次检查结果。2次结果存在明显差异。结论在职业健康检查中,对影响检查结果的各个环节相应进行严格质量控制,才能保证职业健康检查结果的科学性和准确性。

Analysis on Results of Blood Routine Examination of 103 Coal Workers

[Objective]To discuss the effect of preparation before occupational examination on the results.[Methods]The results of blood routine examination of 103 coal workers after night shift from of a coal mine （taking the data of hemoglobin and red blood cell） were taken to make a contrast analysis with the results of second examination after their regular diets of a week.[Results]The abnormal rates of Hemoglobin and erythrocyte（86.41%,55.34%） and re-examination rate（88.35%） in the first examination were all significantly higher than those of second examination,the differences were significant.[Conclusion]All the links among the health examination should be strictly controlled to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of results.
