| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨旋转臂自锁式髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨干骨折的手术方法和效果.方法:比较旋转臂自锁式髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折42例(观察组)及交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折38例(对照组)的手术时间及术中出血情况.结果:所有病例均达到临床愈合,但观察组出血更少,手术时间更短.结论:旋转臂自锁式髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨干骨折可以缩...
