宫颈病变中凋亡调控因子Bcl-2、Survivin的表达

目的探讨Bcl-2、Survivin在宫颈癌发生发展中的变化。方法应用免疫组化SP法对125例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)(其中I级42例,II级38例,III级45例)及40例浸润性宫颈鳞癌和30例正常宫颈组织的石蜡标本进行Bcl-2、Survivin的检测。结果Bcl-2、Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的阳性率(75.0%、90.0%)与CIN(38.4%、56.8%)、正常宫颈组织(10.0%、0%)差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在宫颈上皮癌变过程中,CIN各级Bcl-2(I级21.4%,II级31.6%、III级60.0%)、Survivin(I级23.8%、II级57.9%、III级86.7%)表达呈逐级升高趋势,各型间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-2、Survivin在宫颈癌和CIN中的表达水平增加;Bcl-2、Survivin的过度表达是细胞恶变的标志之一。

Expression of apoptotic regulators factors Bcl-2 and Survivin in carcinogenesis of the cervix

Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-related protein and the pathogenesis and progression of cervical cancer. Methods Totally 125 cases of CIN （ grade Ⅰ 42 cases, grade Ⅱ 38 cases, grade Ⅲ 45 cases） ,40 cases of invasive cervical cancer and 30 normal cervical tissues were enrolled. The apoptotic regulation factors Bcl-2 and Survivin were detected with immunohistoebem technique. Results There were significant differences in the positive rate of expression of Bcl-2, Survivin between cervical cancer（75.0% ,90.0% ）, CIN（38.4% ,56.8% ） and normal cervix（ 10.0% ,0% ）（ P 〈 0.05）. These differences became more conspicuous with advancement of pathological grading（ Bel： grade Ⅰ 21.4%, grade Ⅱ 31.6%, grade Ⅲ 60.0% ; Survivin： grade Ⅰ 23.8%, grade Ⅱ 57.9 %, grade Ⅲ 86.7 % ）. Conclusion It demonstrated that the expression levels of Bcl-2 and Survivin were increased in cervical carcinomas and CIN. The over-expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin might as be one of useful indexes for the primary screening of cervical carcinoma.
