大叶香茶菜化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究大叶香茶菜的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从大叶香茶菜叶的乙酸乙酯部分分离出6个二萜化合物,分别鉴定为:Epinodosin(1),Isodonoiol(2),Lasiodonin(3),Oridonin(4),AdenolinE(5),Lasiodin(6)。结论6个化合物均为已知化合物,化合物5为首次从该植物中获得。

Abstract:Objective To explore the chemical constituents of Isodon macrophyllus.Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. Results Six compounds were obtained from EtOAc extract of leaves of Isodon macrophyllus and identified as Epinodosin (1),Isodonoiol (2),Lasiodonin (3), Oridonin (4),Adenolin E (5),Lasiodin (6).Conclusion All of them are known.Compound 5 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
