摘    要:目的评价Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术对代谢的影响。方法本组33例(男21例,女12例)膀胱癌,均采用根治术膀胱全切、利用肛门括约肌控尿的Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术行手术治疗,分析新膀胱引流管拔管前后血电解质、肌酐和尿素的变化以评价新膀胱对代谢的影响。结果33例术后血电解质、肌酐和尿素均在正常范围,拔管前后电解质、肌酐和尿素的差异无统计学意义,3例有轻度酸中毒。结论Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术是有效、安全的可控尿流改道方法,对人体代谢没有明显的影响。

Abstract:Objective To assess metabolic state in patients with Roux-y sigmoid neobladder.Methods The study comprised 33 patients(21 men and 12 women) with Roux-y sigmoid neobladder after oneological sur-gery.All enrolled patients were treated by the same protocol.Before and after withdrawing the catheter , serum e-lectrolytes, ereatinine and urea were analysed and used to assess the effect.Results All 33 patients were evalu-able.Before and after withdrawing the catheter , serum electrolytes, creatinine and urea were normal values and there was no signifcant difference(P >0.05).Three patients developed mild metabolic acidosis.Conclusions The Roux-y sigmoid neobladder is a feasible , safe and effective method for continent urinary diversion.This surgi-cal technique had no signifcant effect on metabolic state.
